2. to a BPI account na dili ako-a
3. to another bank
4. to investment sites like COL

Bai, I will only answer number 4. Kung itransfer nimo to COL, I think through payment na payable to COL kay magprovide man ka sa account num sa COL.

Regarding the fees, wa ko idea. But sa akong experience sa BDO, free ra. Not sure with BPI though.

Best way siguro is to inquire sa BPI na lang gyud.

sakto ni bro. for number for inquire sa COL if they do bank transfers with BPI, if they do they will provide details. As long as BPI ra pd ila account wla nay fees.
