Let me explain ha..

Adam and Eve were directly created by God himself.. Unya their Human Genes were Almost perfect..

That is why in-breeding (ex: sister marry brother) does not create any child defects.

Today people already have a few of defects in there genes and if you marry your sister or brother,ect.. your offsprings will likely to have a physical or mental defect since you are breeding the same defective gene.
