if you are smart.
hire competent workers.
those you know very well.

there's an architect here in istorya who just passed the exam.
maybe he can do it for you for a lot lower budget.

80sq m.... i can design your house free of charge para tabangan lang tika....regarding cost etc... i check sa imo yuta kng agri na cya sa una... kai need ka backfilling! hopefully not, then your 300k would go sa walls and beams. that it...wla pay finish.pero its a good start... im happy for you guys nga naningkamot mo sa imo wifey. lets do with what you have right now... imo lang i pay kai ang labor sa imo tao.3 ka tao ok na.. 1 mason 2 labor
