naa koy kaila na high school graduate ra graduate sa USP..
pag March dayun pag dayun ug graduate niya kay ni apply2x dayun ug call center.. naka work siya pag june that same year.. na promote siya.. ni dako ang rango.. ni skip from call center to call center.. 5 years ang ni labay.. tua na pd ngadto sa Singapore.. gi tagaan siya ug S-pass (work visa) not because naka human siya ug Bachelor of kuan2x master in kuan2x but because solid iyang work experience..

ang naka funny pa jud kay purti niyang pamakak sa mga call center na nakahuman kono siya pero wa diay to kay discriminating kaau ng mga call center gusto jud at least 2nd year college or 3rd yr ba na miski ang trabaho kaya ug 15 y.o.. lels..

so if d ka nahan mu tiwas ug skwela, siguradoha na kamao ka mu diskarte sa kinabuhi..

education is only a tool.it is just your back-up plan pag incase mhagbong imong business or you are not meant for business kay dimalason jud ka ana. samtang buhi ka angay jud kang magtuon og new things para di na matay-an ang utok.Sa panahon karon, swerte-swerte rajud nang makasulod og maayo nga work nga dili graduate. ako,i didn't graduated a formal 5 year college. i worked while i was in college then nagstop ko og study(due to financial concerns). I know how hard it is to go up the ladder pag di ka graduate. Landing a managerial position will be close to impossible for a Young (22 y o even with 6 years supervisory exp. in a known manufacturing company) undergrad like myself back then. if naa may gusto mo hire nimo, you will be underpaid (compared sa nakahuman + tiguwang). luckily for me i landed my biggest break. I am working outside the country (travelling frequently most part of asia & US). Call center industry is nice, but then maghuna-huna sad ka, gusto ba ka nga under raka permi? di ka gusto ma Manager (bigger pay,better benefits)? last year i finished my college degree, eventhough murag walay gamit para nako, nakita gihapon nako ang ka importante niya. i finished the ETEEAP (BSIE). so for me, importante jud ang makahoman.
