Digitalsuperman: your right naa gyud unta better way.. sad to say the management can't see its flaws. when they realized it later they have lost many good people na. i think naka hibalo naman na sila karon labi na sa mga tao na bag-o ni resign (last 2 weeks) you know who they are. sakto si CMontoya sa point na dugay mo action ang management sa mga concerns sa mga rank and file labi na if they think that those concerns are pretty much small and those things can wait and w/o realizing that those small concerns can create a havoc later. hehehe.. you know where to go if ma bored naka diha
CMontoya: iComm isn't a japanese owned company. If your very curious about iComm and this thread, you can do your research kung tinood ba ni ang gipang sulti sa mga tao ngari. I can see where you coming from with your opinions naa ka points sa imong gi pang sulti naa pud uban points na dili ko uyon. Pero ok ra na bai you've admitted man sad na you dont have the whole idea.
All: Naka mention to CMontoya ba mag request kuno og transfer request, naa naman to ni buhat ana diba? nice nang idea na transfer request.. i doubt daghan gyud mag pila mag pabalhin. heheheh..
Tympa sige lang ta storya og negative ni hagrid dah, no matter e-detail ninyo og storya unsa nahintabo sa iComm labi na ni J**** K*** B*****, murag ingon ana na gyud na sya.. if maka remember mo sa early post iyaha na gyud nang style and reputation. heheheh....
To software engineer applicants: Maybe you are reading this one because you want to know more about iComm, in fact you did know some of the good and bad sides inside iComm. If you read the whole thread you'll know that im an ex-iComm, i've stayed around 2yrs+ (if i reckoned it right), what I lyk in iComm is my teamates (VB group) and other co-employees in different departments. If you will be assigned in VB group than surely you will be happy because you'll be rich w/ knowledge but a little drought (not always) in your pockets..hahahaha
Ppl in the VB group will surely help you boost up your technical skills and also your confidence to be a better and competitive developer. With the VB group, you'll learn to write simple to complex SQL queries, sp, triggers and backing and restoring database. Then if you are really fast in learning things then you get the chance to do .NET (vb, asp, CF for handheld devices such as pocket pc).
I leave iComm because my personal goals wouldn't fit in the goals of the company and naa sad ko better opportunity and better package sad. hehehe.. Also naa sad gyud uban things sa management na dili ko nahan. I dont want to go to the details of those things that I dont like because some of the guys here has already posted it na.
In the end it would be your decision if you still want to join in iComm not ours. amen....
