Although I hold no love for the Chinese government, I can't fault them for upholding the law.

    lets say 300php Now, transportation - transpo- 50php, Food- 100php So: daily income 150php. For a Married man 150 x 30 = 4,500ph gross income/ Month brod
4.5k less: tax, pag-ibig, SSS, other loans... Pila namn kahay Net income nimu brod?

Now, lets talk about Mall employees like promo girls, etc basta nag work sa Mall like Gaisano, SM etc.. 80php/ day nganung wla mana gi minimum?

Other example sa Gaisano Grand Mall: During sa grand opening ang mayor diha nag ask og 50Million daw or 100M? lets say 50M? If ako ang investor sa construction plang sa building and the maintenance dako na kau og expenses plus ang labor sa taw?
Asa man ko mo bawi ana for my profit ( Return of Investment ).. So akong buhaton below the standard wage akong e implement unya ang Mayor dli nka palag kay ako namang gi subornuhan. Imagine 50Million..

Lets assume for a good governance: Minimum wage of 600 and other benefits for all employees plus overtime pah and strict implementation of law. Og kinsay mo violate sa law ipa sira dayun unya ipa preso ang employer jud.. Ang nahitabo gud dili nman ka mka palag kay gi sabutahi naman sa Mayor and political leaders og sa mga investors..

For me amu ni akong solution for better Philippines.
1 - Strict implementation of Law ( we have good laws in the Philippines )
2 - If proven Guilty ang Gov't official dapat convicted jud unya implement ang penalty if plunder then life sentence or bitay. ( implement Death penalty )
3 - Minimum Wage daily wage of 600php from ordinary worker bisan gasoline boy pana or basta worker sa company.

Mau ni solution sa pinas how to erase poverty " Increase minimum wage " solve tanan blema sa nasud. Don't mind the figure sa mga statistics diha in terms of economy. Point is, og Dagko og sweldo ang worker so tanan mka afford sa needs and tanan maka support sa family so wla nay mag abroad!..

Kabalu ko mag ask mo how to implement ani? My question is, nganung na implement man sa ubang nasud nya sa ato dili man?

OT naman au ni ui.... but i tell you, increase minimum wage like that quickly and you cause economic cataclysm.. how in the hell could businesses afford that? what you have there is an employee mentality only and it doesn't include the welfare of the employers... you know how businesses in US went overseas right? because the minimum wage was increased, even just a couple of cents... what makes most Filipinos poor is the cultural aspect of their lives... sad to say but that is reality... To answer the last question, it works for others because they have something that we don't have... DISCIPLINE on a CONSISTENT BASIS...

good point too bro, but hold your horses lang gamay, medyo simang naka ..eheheh ang point nako is why always blame someone else (like the government and the corruption) para magbuhat ug ingato ang mga nahatulan? dba naa nman silay work as OFW? this is an issue of contentment bro, no matter unsa kalisod and kagamay imu sweldo cguro, but if you are bounded by your principle not to do something illegal para lang to earn big, then you will never ever do it no matter how lucrative the offer would be...

what happened to our fellow pinoys doing illegal because lisod sila or gamay ila kita shouldn't always be blamed to the government, but it's their own decision to do that...klareks na kaau nga fishy ang ipabuhat; imagine padalhon lang ka ug ingato then bayaran ka ug ana ka dako, just for doing that? c'mon how dumb can they get? nagpa tempt lang jd sila sa kwarta mao ni sugot sila, nya unsa may ending? dakpan sila, karon papas na sila kay na-execute nman sila ganina...if ikaw mamalihog ko nimu ipada akong ballpen didto sa akong kaila nga same ug area nga imo adtoan, nya ballpen ra na ha, but ill pay you big bucks for simply doing that, wouldn't you ask me or yourself why the big amount for something so effortless? there's gotta be a catch, right? think about it..

i've always remembered, and believed what my friend told me about success/failures in life, he simply said: "whatever is happening with your life right now is purely because of the decision/s you made years back." sure, shit happens from time to time when you least expected it, but walay tawo gipanganak nga malas, we are the captains of our life and we make our own destiny.

and is it true that our gov't are offering financial support and educational plans for the executed people's family and kids? if that's true, then thats a BIG BIG B.S.!!!

    PEACE Y'ALL...

OT: i agree with emow, 600php for minimum wage is just nuts, nightzlayer do you know how many employees they have on malls, if thats the case mag full automation na ang businesses locally, they would rather invest on machines that can work fast and effecient without complaints rather than pay 600 a day for lazy people that cant work without supervision. In effect mu samot ka daghan ang jobless diri.

China upheld its laws, good. 2 years working as a drug transporter and dishing excuse of ignorance and victimization being used as a mule wont cut it, 2 years! his been carrying bags of those shit thats killing a lot of youth in China.

nevermind our laws, everything in the ph can be bought given the right price.

can you site an example of people being detained due to asking their rights? chinese govt might be very strict when it comes to freedom of expression but as what many chinese people say it is for their own good. i think you need to live and mingle with chinese mainlanders to know what they feel. Hongkong has a different stance and a different way of thinking so whatever they feel about the Chinese govt in particular is no way the same to what 90% of those who are in the Mainland actually feel.
