for me... its a matter of self discipline, kay dili sad ko katulog before. ma lipong rako anang pills. what i did was, before ko sleep as always maligo, para fresh inag slep. then akong gi convince akong self na sleepy nako. nya dili ko mu kaon daghan sa evening.. no softdrinks and coffee... nya dili ko mag huna huna ug daghan, dont worry too much of anything...basta keep your mind clear,.. anah! mag meditate sad ko osahay, then exercise... hehehe until naka limot nako nga insomyahon ko... hehehehe
naa may mga sleeping pills where u dont need a prescription..Unisom for one is an example that u can buy over the counter
take nalang ka cetrizine. its an antihistamine. cheaper pa cya kaysa sleeping pills....
