As far as I know their last price is 7.5K, the other 2 apartments beside it w/c is older and smaller are presently rented at 6.5K, you can personally check it at the site to see the big difference between the rest. Kindly contact the owners for negotiations. Thanks!

From 8a.m. till 9 p.m. only....Contact Arsing first thru her cell number posted kamoy pag sabot what time you go there. Although she lives in the vicinity usahay kay mag hatod man sya iyang mga anak sa school. Dili pwede maka call sa iyang cell kay gubaon daw hehe

In case you like it na then you can call the owner for negotiations, but can make payments thru Arsing.
