We are talking about regulation about forcing of parents to their kin in prostitution, we are not talking about the requirements to being an approve prostitute.

if that will happen (if educated na ang anak) then ang anak pwede na mo fiel og complaint against the parents (ideally, bisan karon pwede naman unta sila mo file). we have existing laws about voilence against women & children or VOWC...karon palang piti na ang parents..bad parenting..wehehe

Then I have already answered your question. This isn't a simple matter in which you can simply compare a prostitute with a factory worker. The government can impose special laws to prostitution. Do you honestly think P-noy would stand up in front of everyone and say "Hey guys! Prostitution is now legal so if you have daughters who are very much qualified, kindly force them to become one."

    Go figure.

Add lang nako bai: there you have it, ang rason nganong naa tay prosti(today & probably forever) tungod na sa mga ginikanan nga mopugos sa ilang anak...bad parenting (reason number 1 pani)..Legalizing doesn't change anything, instead mas magduha-duha na hinoon ka kay makabayad kag tax nya mamonitor pajud ka sa gov't..

You missed the point bro. In the name of legality, how can the gov't impose such special laws? For it become a law, it has to have provisions/criterias/basis. What could be that? "Forcing" does not always not describe physically, ex. I could force my son to become doctor, police, soldier, etc. since I have the right to choose my son's career. No such law prohibits that unless there is a physical, emotional and psychological abuse.

Assuming the gov't can handle everything

Bad parenting is not the primary reason of prostitution. Have your research bro.

to answer bai..dili man parehas ang prosti or doctor bai...those things nga imo gi mention is para sa kaayohan..di kadaotan..we all know nga dili maayo ang prosti taas kaayo ang health risk, etc..given na na.
wa juy balaod against parents forcing you to take your profession (labi na kay imo jud nang eskwelahan).
but if we are talking about prostitution, then lahi na bai..the gov't can always create a special law para ana...parehas gud anang "wang-wang"..special law man na...diba?

I'm not missing the point bai, you just keep on generalising na all jobs are equal and that prostitution is pretty much the same as a being a doctor or a bus driver.

Again and again, that is why I keep on telling you that the government should impose special laws against forcing someone psychologically. Isn't this already part of the psychological abuse against women act?
