@ cliff_drew...nope, it will absolutely NOT.. but you can't deny the fact nga naay advantage diba? & like what i said here..dili pa nato kaya karon..daghan pata og issues bai..example nalng: we need HIGHER STANDARD of education...(kana motoo ko makawagtang sad na (hopefully) sa prostitution)., more job opportunity..etc.. Taxing them means that they have the right to be pinoys...if tinood tang pinoy, if we really love our country, then we should pay our taxes (no exemption)

@makie: mao bitaw imo ipaskewla imo anak para di magprosti...trbaho na sa ginikanan ang pag guide sa anak bai..mao nga dako pa kaayo tag trabahoon sa pinas bai kay apil ang society pag usab di kay gov't ra...legalizing it doesn't mean nga imo gipromote or imo gi-encourage ang tao magprosti..well then again..this is just my opinion..

That is quite irrelevant. Legal prostitution has nothing to do with how a parent raises his/her daughter. Kung pabaya ka nga ginikanan then you'll know what to expect.
oh yes u have a point but dili lang ang ginikanan ang involve ani, asta ang society, and community, kung ikaw ginikanan nya ang imong anak gusto mu enter unsaun nimo pagdefend sa imong self kung legal ni? And as a parent u have other obligations pud.... even if u are rich or poor, naa juy mga anak na mawala jud sa landas.

How can a parent force someone of legal age to become a prostitute? Kung dili diay ang babaye? Of course the government would make a law to cover that issue up.

Time! Tag-sa lang reply. lisod sige quote biya T_T

Excluding the possibility of the scenario at hand, naa kay amiga nga nananghid sa ila parents kay gusto nila mag prosti? Diri sa Cebu or sa tibuok pilipinas?

@ antitanic: wehehe..pinoy mi bai,we pay taxes..so we have all the right to stay in the country..ang mga pari (or anybody nga wa ni bayad og tax, apil ang prosti) hioon wa man silay gibayad nga taxes..sila ang angay pagawason.wahaha..

back to the topic: (nice discussion, padayonon nato..weheheh) I can only site HK being the closest to pinas.. sa HK bai nga na legalize ang prositution wa man nawagtang ang bili sa education nila bai.. mas nitaas na hinoon ang level of education...& ang naprosti didto daghan , di na ang mga locals.

Huh? How can you imagine legalizing prostitution to discourage it through taxing? Murag conflict man.

Mao gani sakit sa Pinoy, kay dili man kasulbad sa problema, laing problema ang himuong kasulbaran. This is our culture. We need to change it.
