    @ironelyn- ms,in the first place angay ba d i e post to any site ang nag AWOL?for what purpose?maybe dpat f nag hold sila confidential things from the company or money related..wla man gani ang call center nag post na dagko na sila na company..il ask u..is ur company dat big enuf?nka mention ka na Team Leader ka dha..and almost 3 years nka dha..sharo wla ka hibalo unsay main reason y these people went AWOL..u better ask urself first b4 asking sites na ma post nimu sila and then try to think f u 100 % loyal ana na company..for sure u r not..kay bsag asa ta naa jud ta reklamo..b4 ka mag ing ana klaruha usa imo kaugalingon f hapi ka dha or wla ka doubts sa u work..bcn kaw na nuon mismo nka daut u company tungod ana sa imo pag ask ug sites to post ana ni AWOL..il ask u again..hapi bka dha?tabangan na nuon ka dri oh!!!luoya oi wla jud ni hatag nimu ug sites bsag usa..hahahaha..peace on earth & have peace in mind..bcn hadlok ka hutdan members,f k n u company daghan mo apply pro sa u gi buhat dri sa istorya na ask ka sites ngali tungod "NIMU"wla na mo apply dha..for sure wla gnahan mo apply dha tungod ani u post...bye bye..think usa oi,gudluck!!!!

    @ironelyn, unsay inyong nakuha sa inyong pag post2x sa FB? hope you learned your lessons well...teachers man unta mo tanan dnha, wla jud naka advise ninyo nga sayop inyong pagpakaulaw sa uban just because they went AWOL? TEACHERS SHOULD BE ROLE MODELS....dili maau mag AWOL labaw na mga teachers man diay na dnha pero mas labaw jud dili maau magpakaulaw ta sa uban para lang makabaws ta anang mga tawhana. usa pa, Team Leader man unta ka, tan-awa, gigisa na nuon mo sa inyong kaugalingon mantika dire.....GIPAKAULAWAN LANG JUD NINYO DILI LANG ANG MGA NANG AWOL KUNDI HASTA ANG TIBOOK COMPANY.

    if u only knew the story dili nasad ka mobalik..

    ACTUALLY! its not awol i guess..they are already aware about it..
    i already asked for an immediate resignation and they dont permit me..
    MALAIN KAG MARCH 31 akong effectivity sa akong resignation and they want to hold it until MAY15?
    and how come other employees before ask for an immediate resignation ila man gi sugtan and me WALA?
    is it because that certain employee ilang tagaan ug surprise end of contract and NAUNHAN LANG SILA?how stupid they are..VERY INCONSISTENT!...

    They told me pa na dapat i will be a good example to the newly hired its because usa ko sa karaan anang kompanyaha..but I guess they dont deserve to be respected after all they did to other employees..

    somehow I could say GABA na guro na nila...evil laugh!!

    re the facebook thing...the hell I care coz I know what's the story behind all those ppl who messed up the company..the sad part there was..BITTER au ang pag leave sa company in which I admit its not RIGHT,pero I thinK they deserve to be treated that way...

    mao gani ang problema miga kay unsaon pag terminate kay wa naman nagpakita.
    can't help but laugh on this ... obvious kaau na wa jud mo alam. no wonder daghan nag AWOL.
    kailangan ba gud diay naa ang empleyado para ma terminate cya? status raman na oi.
    in case mo apply cya sa lain then ibutang niya inyong company as one of her work experiences, motawag man jud na mostly ang current company for background checking, so anha namo maka baws sa nag awol na employee by telling the current company nga terminated ang iyang status because of this and that etc....

    basaha tong gi post ni CocoCrunch sa page 5 ai para makasabot ka...

    geishafaye: hmm come to think of it.. for a company to post such on facebook maybe those employees really deserve it! You see, you only get to think of those who went AWOL, but what about those employees remaining on that company? Why do they stay?
    IMO: They don't have a choice! Mahadlok man sila i.post ilang mga dagway sa facebook just like what the company did to the previous employees who went awol. If mo resign dili sad sugtan. If mag file ug leave, dili sad approvan. Ka paet!

    Grr pagsend nako sa reply nag.error.

    Sometimes it will depend on your reason but it's always the company/management's prerogative to grant your immediate resignation or extend it to some specific day. I know employees are suppose to inform the company 30days before she/he leaves them.
    In our company we are only required to render 15days. we can even apply vacation leave on those days.
    When I was a team lead, I always approved immediate resignation. WHY? They always tend to get lazy and not productive. If they resign because of negative causes brought by your company, then they are ticking time bombs. Careless and useless. It's better to let them go than suffer the consequences later.

    oist goldie, they can insubordinate you. sakto ka bitter ka but if ako pud to, mohawa nalang pud ko kung dugay ra kaayo ang effectivity nya dili nako happy sa work.

    daghan na kaayo kog post diri feel nako ako ang TS diri.
