i think best to wait for 2nd heat. it may not be just about the age but the development of the dog. as you said, late bloomer imu dog....it may be na slow pud iya development mao na karun pa siya ga first heat.

mas better if second heat.. although pede first heat pero dili pa kaayo mature imo dog ana then dili pa develop iya mother instincts..

Good day! What do you mean late bloomer? Does it mean that your dog never had experienced in a heat when she was 6, 7 or 8 months old?
