The Indie Film just won the recent Cinemalaya Film Festival award for Best Full Length Film and Best Sound and Editing.

This features the life story of the philippine band called "The Dawn" and Jett Pangan as the leading character.

I was searching for teddy diaz (original guitarist) in Google's search engine when this titled popped. I was not expecting that they will make a film for the band.
I admire the dawn for their music, especially Teddy Diaz because he inspired a lot of "really good guitarists " including Mr. Perfecto De Castro of Rivermaya and Tri-axis.

The Dawn was very popular in the late 80's with songs such as The Enveloped Ideas, Salamat, Alam ko , Alam nyo and many more but suddenly their fame just went wrong.
And I don't know why. I guess the reason is lying in the movie.

I wish they will release copies of the film in the market.
