mao na dha ang ako problema. maau man kuno to ako architect kay ngilngig daw to sa abroad..armed with autocad.. 3d.. the works... nindot lage sa screen iya plano..hahay... angay unta valley gutter iya gibutang pero iya ra gi direct sa edge sa terrace..mao nagka problema ko.

licensed architect jud na inyo nakuha mga boss? ka badlungon na gud ana.. suggest naku sa mga mohire ug architect, know your architect jud, ayaw mo salig kung unsa ila ipakita sa inyo,, kung mahimo, mo-ask mo sa mga previous clients nila, if satisfied ba sila and besides architects are liable sa ila mga projects for 15 years.

actually bai, kini sya, didto nako ni nakaila sa abroad. big projects gyud handle ani niya didto. salig ra pud ko nya kay i thot and believed he must be good to be hired by big architectural firms didto.

nasipyat lang gyud tingali iya design sa ako project diri.

ang sakit lang kato gisumbong sa iya mga tawo nga kuhaan ila sweldo nya.

unethical sa mga architect ang mangontrata, they should be handled by engineers as licensed contractors, though pwede mo-offer ug design build services (with additional fee on top sa architects fee), kung ginagmay lang na projects, but hangtud ra supervision just to make sure na matarung ug sunod ang naa sa drawings. ang pagsweldo sa taw, dili na dapat mopatung ang architect ana. regarding sa materials, the client shoud have a copy sa bill of materials para makacheck pud sa prices sa market, and the client should be the one purchasing the materials as per request sa architect, that means sa design-build services, way laing kwarta magunitan ang architect gawas lang sa architect's fee ug additional fee for the supervision, all the expenses sa contruction sa client nana, and di na dapat mopatung ang architect ana.
