Or Use root cause analysis why your employees are leaving you and why they don't even apply for resignation. Then use bubble chart so you can identify what problems/issues to prioritize. Obviously, the main/root cause of your problems is not the employees but the management.
If the management will take care and love its employees, the employees will do the same and won't leave.
Im assuming you're a Korean ESL school. Since you are based here in Cebu, you should abide our labor code else you are not allowed to do business here.
I know your company is not that big BUT members of the management should have basic understanding with labor code and management.
