Hoy, mangaway naman ka dong. Stick to the issue lang dodong. Did I ever say perfect ko ? Answer according to what I've written & not interpret or assume what you like. Sorry to disappoint you dodong but am in no way related to the 2 families. What about you? Are you related by any chance since na hi-blood naman ka dodong? You're the one who's trying to be the judge here are you not ? Since you said, Paco is innocent. Mas maau ka pa ni Judge Ocampo and the Supreme Court lagi. Are you a wannabe lawyer/judge by the way ?
Point to ponder: Just wondering why a lot of you here claimed Paco is so sweet, lovable, innocent blah blah blah - did any of you who said he's innocent testified during his trial ? If so, good for you and Paco. If not, don't you think it's a bit late for you guys to be blabbering 'bout it ? All of you who believed Paco is innocent could have made a difference- WHY DIDN'T YOU ? WHY NOW ?
Read what I've written starting from the first post down to the second and review if I have written anything even between the lines saying I am perfect, dodong.

    You're so right !

And to think I wasn't even saying I'm pro-Chiong or pro- Larranaga. That's not for me to decide. It's already been decided by the late Judge Ocampo and by the Supreme Court. If Mr. Weed can't respect that, I don't think he is deserving of mine.

    Amen mango!

As i read he string of replies most of them have displayed thier obvious bias to the "convict." One thing is clear here guys setting aside our emotions the High Court have spoken and we should respect that. It might be harshed but that's the law.

Point to ponder: Maybe you should read more on this case before shooting your mouth off again...

"More than 35 witnesses composed of Paco’s teachers and classmates at the Center for Culinary Arts (CCA) in Quezon City testified under oath that he was in Metro Manila, another city, when the crime is said to have taken place in Cebu. However, the trial court considered these testimonies as irrelevant."

sound fishy...? maybe not to you...

as for you being perfect, well, its the "perfect" people that always cast the first stone. Since you've been casting left, right, and center, i assumed you were "perfect", but i guess i was mistaken...

hehehe, i understood what you meant about the tough luck comment day. It is you who misunderstood mine. When i said "tough luck to you too", I meant it as "what goes around, comes around" or "what you sow you reap", so when you say "tough luck" to other people's situations, i say tough luck to yours too... Fair, isnt it...?

(Talking about FAIRNESS, I hope some people will not bring in their 2nd, 3rd, 4th, or 5th accounts into this debate... )

hahahaha, the thing about your son blah blah blah is OT and has nothing to do with the discussion, but maybe you and your son have been misunderstanding what people have been telling you here, that's why you get all fired up and nearing a stroke... hehehe, it's all good, day, take it easy...

Anyhow, you still haven't answered my question about your comment:

"Whether innocent or not- is beyond the point."
I have to disagree with you there, since i think that INNOCENCE IS THE ONLY POINT, and justice should only be based on it...
You CANNOT have an innocent man pay for a crime he did not commit, just because the mother of the victim wants justice...

    Hi there Mr. Weed,
Who is to say Paco is innocent ? You ? Hahahaha Are you a judge, a lawyer, a barangay captain perhaps? You should refrain from saying an innocent man shouldn't be paying for a crime he didn't commit if the innocent man you mean is the convict Paco ! We're going around in circles here boy. What part of the 'Supreme Court gave their decision and the decision is GUILTY ' don't you understand ? Don't mean to be rude, but you're losing your sense and sensibilities cause you're prejudiced against the Chiongs. It's bad enough that they've lost 2 daughters and here you are saying the mother should not be asking justice cause Paco is innocent as you said. It's not the Chiong's fault that the courts declared your friend guilty by the way.
Am amused about everything you've written cause it's quite obvious you've an axe to grind against the justice system of the Philippines. Look, boy, it's not my fault your friend Paco is now a convicted rapist & killer along with all the others. Don't make excuses as to why the convict Paco & company is not deserving cause you are not in the position to declare they are.
Just because you have '3 good friends' who said they were with him at the time is not enough.
And it is not the fault of your 3 good friends plus the 35 other witnesses who testified cause they were not successful in proving his innocence either. You should've appointed yourself his lawyer since you're a die-hard spokesboy for Paco. By the way, are you like him in any way? Have you heard about the saying 'birds having the same feathers' cause I wouldn't want to mess with you, boy.
As to the court declaring their testimonies irrelevant- you must know if you haven't by now that ALIBI IS THE WEAKEST DEFENSE. If you've read the whole case (available online) meaning the decision of Judge Ocampo, any crime of kidnapping with rape alone should be given a death sentence how much more a murder thrown in. So what they got from Judge Ocampo which was ONLY a life sentence should have sufficed. Maybe Judge Ocampo couldn't live with the decision he gave or realized his mistake later or he probably couldn't face his peers- who knows ? But since the Larranagas couldn't accept their son being convicted- they elevated it to the Supreme Court and what happened? It was upgraded to a death sentence. Now, whose fault was it ? Mine ?
And why are you targetting me ? Let me answer you that you haven't proven Paco innocent by your mindless rants and ravings by the way. Innocence is not the only point here cause to me, RESPECT for our Justice System should be first and foremost.
You've already proven that you have none ( respect ) so may I remind you that IF you are a Filipino - it might be the right time for you to have your citizenship changed if you can't respect our courts.

You said [ Talking about FAIRNESS, I hope some people will not bring in their 2nd, 3rd, 4th, or 5th accounts into this debate... ]

If you mean the others here - they can very well speak for themselves- don't be too condescending as if you own the Chiong case just because you know 3 good friends of Paco. Cause that alone will never stand in court too, boy !

[br]Posted on: September 22, 2006, 12:02:45 PM_________________________________________________B y the way, boy, I couldn't care less what a marijuana user thinks. If you're the same Weedmeister who posted in the religious thread- then you're a marijuana advocate.

Better lay off the weed, boy hehehe... you might go the same route as your convict friend Paco.

hehehe, look up the definition of raving and ranting, then look in the mirror... hehehe

Innocence is not the only point here cause to me, RESPECT for our Justice System should be first and foremost.
Respect for an UNJUST JUSTICE SYSTEM is stupidity... eating whatever crap they shove down your throat is weakness. RESPECT AS A COVER FOR WEAKNESS. BOY. hehehe

You've already proven that you have none ( respect ) so may I remind you that IF you are a Filipino - it might be the right time for you to have your citizenship changed if you can't respect our courts.
Hehehe, are you saying that half of our present politicians, Jose Rizal, Ninoy Aquino, and our other heroes should change nationality because they went against the government, or was not satisfied about a court ruling...? WAKE UP! hahahaha, that is the WEAKEST argument yet, BOYO!

Have you heard about the saying 'birds having the same feathers' cause I wouldn't want to mess with you, boy.
By the way, its "birds of the same feather flock together"...

Hehehehe, can't wait for the other accounts to kick in and start blabberin'.... hihihih[br]Posted on: September 22, 2006, 12:32:24 PM_________________________________________________

Oh, and the weed? I take it because i'm not ignorant of what it truly is. How about i tell you to stop drinking coffee or tea or coke? they do more harm that weed. But of course you didn't know that.

OT : I didn't know istorya.net still caters to marijuana-users like you Mr. Weed. Obviously, you have no respect for the legal system cause you are even openly & PROUDLY stating here that you're using marijuana which is illegal. What a good role model you are. I hope young people reading this won't think it's okay to do what you're doing.
Why ? Can't you function as a human being without resorting to marijuana? You think it's helping you? Believe me, judging from your reasonings, it's not helping you at all . Mao diay- di jud ka makasabot. Hahay. You should have said so at the start.
And let me just tell you that people who usually say the word 'CHE' mga bayot man- are you ? Hehehehe
BTW, may I remind you, boy, that Rizal, et. al were not fighting for convicted kidnappers, rapists, & killers like your friend Paco.
I've WASTED my time on you. And I thought I was communicating with someone who's in his right mind. And since now you've openly ADMITTED to being a marijuana user, I REST MY CASE. Soloha nalang diha ug yawit, dong. I couldn't care less what you and your kind think.
