basta dili kahungaw mag moist.... hala pahungawa para dili ma pan-os.... I dont vote for "panti liners". vote panty only! change it at least 2x daily.

the laziness of changing it every four hours (as recommended) resulted to a urinary tract infection...that practically brought me down to my knees.

I am not the sickly type, although I have medical conditions in almost all systems in my body..hehehe....

As a result...I do not wear liners everyday...instead...i keep a pack of tissue paper in my bag...

I'd rather go through the hassle of wiping...than go through the hassle of being sick with fever that can go as high as 40 degrees.

Plus recurrent UTI places you at risk for more severe infections like cystitis or worse pylonephritis, which if not treated properly can eventually damage the kidneys.
