I tried to apply sa cvg for a nonvoice accnt kay ako previous experience kay voice man kaso i cge lng jud ko magka-tonsillitis...sa final interview i tried to explain it, kaso gi-decline ako application coz dili daw forever mi ma-assign sa chat support forever...maabot daw ang time they'll let us take calls...nahan unta ko gane ko friend nga nonvoice lng jud forever...

i dont think this is a stupid question. before u submit yourself for an interview, u either research about the company's background bec this will show how interested you are. u took the effort to check and find out info on that company. second, u also research a little bit about the position you are applying for. why? so that u can tell yourself if u have the skills, if u r qualified. mo apply diay kag surgeon ug dili na nimo linya? besides CSR and TSR is so elementary. even if u r not a call center agent u can easily differentiate the 2. but fyi, csr is purely customer service while tsr is customer service plus troubleshooting of a product. ana ra
