It is an issue of national importance. If the Ordinance passes it could be done in Cebu,

The issue here is whether people should be made to consult a doctor before buying condoms and other contraceptives. A number of Cebuanos do live in the Barangay as well.

Creating a dedicated thread avoids flooding the photojournalism thread with one topic.
