I am not for anybody's side because we know both sides but the more that Paco is not exonerated the more that true Justice for the Chiong sisters is not served. While I undestand Thelma Chiong's sentiments I also understand her actions for reasons I want to keep to myself. I truly pity Mrs. Chiong coz she can NEVER scream TRUE JUSTICE, that's all I can say. I also pity Mrs. Larranaga who is the one truly suffering because of the plight of her son who she truly and wholeheartedly believes is innocent.

Mrs. Chiong's family, relatives and the Chiong sisters' friends are even fortunate in a way because they have all moved on but on the other hand, Mrs. Larranaga's family relatives and Paco's friends are still hung up on Paco's innocence because if Paco was truly guilty EVERYBODY should have already moved on by now.

I hope everybody here understands why I HAVE TO give my peace on this case...

Between Mrs. Chiong and Mrs. Larranaga - who do you think should we feel sorry for ? I say both but with lesser intensity on Mrs. Larranaga's part.
Whether guilty or not, she can still hug her son who's in jail while Mrs. Chiong lost 2 daughters. Buried one and is still to find the 2nd one.
Now who is she gonna hug ?

Her pain does not justify infliction of pain on an innocent party. If this were justifiable, then we should all be in jail for crimes commited halfway around the globe...

the tactic here is, if Paco is exonerated then the rest of the Chiong 5 will be exonerated in the process..that is just my hodgepodge theory though =)

hmmm, yes, the lawyers of the other defendants will jump on that and use it as leverage for their case... that is a dilemma...

Innocent ? Who are you to say that Paco and the rest are innocent ? Are you 100% sure that these people are innocent? Then we don't need the courts do we ?
Halfway around the globe? That's a low blow, bro. Semblance of justice is not even given to people in Cebu and you're talking halfway around the world. Think about it- you wouldn't be saying that if it happened to you. I'm just saying that I feel sorry for bad things happening to good people. Whether innocent or not- is beyond the point. In all honesty, do you really believe both mothers deserve what they're getting? Of course not. Thank God for mothers. It's a thankless job and they're the least appreciated people in the world. They will gladly die for their children if given the chance.
Even if Paco will be killed a million times - it won't bring back the 2 girls. Maybe Paco is just someone who got a raw deal because of all the things he did in his past if he is as you say - innocent. It's what you'd call tough luck !

Considering everything else equal, we should ALL be sorry for Mrs. Chiong because her daughters are dead. But if we talk about justice between the two families, I'd be MORE SORRY for Mrs. Larranaga.

The Chiongs UNTIL NOW, should strive to find the truth because punishing an innocent person won't bring back their daughters and will never right the wrong even if Paco will die in jail.

earlier in my posts in this thread, I said that I cannot vouch for the rest of the gang except Paco. I can say this much though, I know for a fact the Josman, Paco and the Uy brothers do not know the V-Hire drivers and that Paco and Josman do not know the Uy brothers. Moreover not once in my life have I seen Paco & Josman in malls despite knowing them very well. Why? because malls are not their type of hang out place even to watch a movie. They are the typical elitist coño kids who better hang out in houses, their haciendas with close friends and families. These guys spent most of their time in Casino Español or in Josman's house or in Paco's hacienda. They don't go to places where they don't get VIP treatment and malls don't offer that.

Ironically, knowing Paco personally he was quite a gentleman. He was the type who would open doors for women and offer his seat to a lady or help a mother with a flat tire. He hated guys that would heckle or harass girls or make "sitsit". He was the type who would help damsels in distress because Paco was a mama's boy. He loved her mother more than anyone. and AFAIK, though Paco had a big liking for alcohol, he never did drugs.
