2nd) By doing that, they are showing that they only care for themselves and always wants the easy way out.

I personally know Eli. I will hand out maximum infractions to individuals here who express that he and his fellow students are "whiners" because I will consider it a personal insult (and moderator disrespect will have dire consequences)--these people are our countrymen and they are just looking for channels of communication to air their grievances--calling them whiners is not helping them, helping us, or anyone else. Please pocket your politics--for now, just pass the word and hope for the best.

Abuse of authority? Wrong. If I were a policeman (a public figure) and I was using brute force against the public, then you may have a point. But you seem to overlook something--this forum is private property, thus your points that refer to "public" etc. etc. is NOT applicable here. Don't want the treatment? LEAVE. Period.

Again, if this forum were public property, then you have every reason to justify your points, but alas, the iStorya.net forums are private property.

Analogy of an internet forum--someone opened the gates to his lot in front of his house to have a party--but that doesn't mean you're in a public venue just because the gates were "opened to the public"--the owner of the place can kick you out anytime he or she wants, especially if he or any of his constituents who reside in the place feels insulted--it's his/her/their right. Thus, you have two choices--either you leave, or you behave according to the whims of the owner, if you wish to stay.
