Eve, I totally agree with you ... as I have written especially in the 9 and 10.

My 2 cents was , they infused part of new culture to be a little bit worldly , injecting new culture to our usual street food.

It is really opinion of writer , and the nice thing about this thread is you can place your version of intriguing dishes.
