*budget is 2.5k below.
*location must be in lahug area(preferably near IT park) or any place na mka.1 ride(jeepney) lng cguro padung IT park.
*place must be accessible. lemme just stress out! "room should have its own CR & sub-meter for electricity".
*place should also be safe, peaceful & clean.
in fact, 3 of us friends are looking & would like to rent separately. please help! thanks!
