im not an HR..i am just one of the team leaders in one of the esl skuls here sa cebu..i know ok lang sa call center..wa man na blema mag awol but we have a different line of work..lahi man gud kung online coz u are given students and if mag awol kay mawagtang gana ang mga students and eventually mag stop..mao na ang dilemma sa company karon..even though the pay is not that low..but trip lang sa uban gud mag hasul ug mag suway suway..mao na cya..

first you should be aware that these infos are super confidential and need not to be shared to anyone, much to any company at all! [the x-employee can disclose this info voluntarily but the xcompany and other employees technically are not allowed to spread this] We never know what his/her reasons to be AWOLd and if ever some stupid people build a site to list and gather certain x-employees that AWOL'd and some stup*d people also will contribute, do you think it would really safeguard your company's future reputation as you want it to be? Im sure my haters will list me down in that site.lol
Anyway, your HRs in the first place should and can screen these type of people. If you have had a gazillion of these in the workplace you should be concerned with the employees your HR has hired or has promoted OR your company is not that good that's why people are leaving. THAT's IT

read my first post. iadd lang nako ni. you mentioned "but trip lang sa uban gud mag hasul ug mag suway suway.." seems like it's so easy for applicants to get in your company. Attrition rate for your manpower should be lower, if it's higher then it will reflect negatively back to your recruitment team. Im not an HR by the way... just a plain someone that uses logic.lol (six sigmahon nalang nato lol)
Lol..... They have their reasons and some company sucks big time.... Better to warn others about it...
