bai ang dolphin are smart fish. kung nag puyo palng ni cla sa yuta tao ni cla kung kita nag puyo palng sa dagat dolphin ta...and wala pako ka kita or ka dungok nga na maligya ug dolphin ang pasil...hapit ko kadaadlaw ma ngumpra diha pero wala pa jud ko ka dungog nga ni dakup ni cla ug dolphin..even sa gensan ila buhihan ug balik ang dolphin kung naa ma apil ug kuha sa tuna..
i will just correct you a little bit sgrnim. Dolphins are not Fish but mammals.
anyway. Filipino culture regard dolphins as special creatures and rarely consider as food.but there are instances that it was eaten, my father a native of camotes island do recall when he was younger that during hard times dolphin was eaten.
Sharks, rays "pagi" on the other hand are very common.

im ok with this. maybe dolphins are overpopulating in japan thats why they need to control their population. and i dont think those japanese can exterminate all dolphins in their place anyway. it looks brutal but it has no difference in the ways other animals are slaughtered for food.
