Other people says that salary is not important as long as u r happy w ur work.

For me, U can be happy with ur work if u'v got high salary... Lisod na kaau karon if gamay raka ug sweldo dili jud ka mahappy ky mahal na kaau ang mga basic needs...

for me, one factor which contributes to my work happiness is if i think the salary is commensurate to the work. very subjective i know but it's how i define my work happiness.

depende sad sa priority. for me, the reason why i work is to earn. bonus na na if ok ako officemates. pero depende sad, wa pa man sad ko kasulay og work og office na suya-on ako officemates or more likely, manhid ra ayo ko

I think it would depend. If wla paka gibuhi ug mga commitments na pangbayaran ug pamaliton kay it could be that salary can't be a factor.

Pero kung pareha sa kasagaran na kelangan jud pra mka buhi ug palit sa mga kelangan kay salary jd ang importante bhala na ug lisod ang work just as long your well compensated for it. ^_^

sa karon mu matter na jud nga dako sweldo kay lisod na ang panahon, dapat practical ka.
like me, katong bag-o pa ko ga start sa work happy kaayo ko coz im working with the company which i've always dreamed to be in pero kadugayan na realize nako nga dili lang happiness ang iconsider dapat ang stability and security pud, and that includes the compensation one is getting..

uhmmm, i don't have a big big salary like most people i know. but i'm happy with my job. hehehe. could be na i can spend stuff on myself na, as well as pay bills, buy stuff for my baby, so i guess okay na nako ang salary ko...of course, i wish it was bigger but hey, i'm cool with my job. mag read lang ko sa mga complaints sa mga people left and right bout their current job or where they have been and i'm just thankful na i'm enjoying my job and getting paid and enjoying (sort of) my salary

more on what's left in my wallet for me. like if dako sweldo, pero layu siya so i have to spend much on transpo, then dako kaayu deductions and all, ma discourage ko eventually haha.

another factor is meaning. i last longer in a job when there's real meaning to it. dili ko ganahan anang mga ilad-ilad or money-making kaayu.

third is values. allergic to hypocrisy and unhealthy competition in the workplace. madismaya ko anang mag meeting then sige panglibak.

so when i have those conditions met, happy ko sa job and i last longer hahahah
