and did i mentioned to use 64bit cpu for a cafe operation?

anyway, even you thought that is impractical, i have noticed,based on my year experience, this 64bit sempron cpu is really way faster in gaming than its couterpart celeron D cpu, even installed to a 32bit OS. its better to have a cpu plenty of instructions than a solely pure clock speed basis, its more intelligent, and thats my point.

yes i agree with you that semprons are better than celeron d for gaming but what im refering to are the 2nd hand pentium 4 2.26 pcs that were for sale which costs only 13k. so i was comparing a new sempron processor to an older pentium 4 pc and i dont think those new semprons are better than those slightly older pentiums

you may quitely right that old pentium 4 are faster than present 64bit sempron but it should be at least 3.0ghz, not in 2.0ghz pentium4 family(like what is being on sale). the sempron, by far, all 2.0 ghz Pentium4 models (especially the Wilamette core, which I suspect that being on sale) are far outclassed by the sempron64, even though sempron is AMD's low end offering. especially if you're going to be in gaming like internet cafe operation, sempron is low end AMD, but it has the integrated memory controller of its more prestigous cousins, can handle faster RAM, is more efficient (instructions per clock), has the same or greater L2 cache (depending on the core).

a 64bit sempron processor mas hinay kaysa old socket 478 pentium4 1.8ghz? dili ko moto-o bro oi, ordinary socket 462 sempron models hinoon moto-o ko pero kung socket 754 64bit family, i highly doubt it. daghan factors ang basehan why you noticed that your cousin's pc went that way...it could be cause by no good OS system built, incorrect paging file, viruses, spywares, OS system configs, mem hugger programs installed, less maintenance, etc, etc. about sa pc333 and pc400 speeds, and difference sa speeds nila kay unnoticeable so rarely affects the performance.

Bitaw, ako advise based sa akong kaila nga 10 years na sa cafe, if you only have 5 computers. Mas maayo ang 2nd na computers kay alkansi ka sa expenses nga good for 50 computers unta. It's just not financially feasible to have a cafe with 2 to 5 computers only and earn much unless you're just having fun or playing around.. You must have at least 30 brand new computers even if it's borrowed money. You won't be wasting your time getting rich (or poor if you are really unlucky). Just think, if you sell 1 candy that you bought for only a peso and sell it for 2 pesos, you will get only a 1 peso income. If you sell 1 billion candies for 1.1 pesos each, you would be selling it cheap and you'll get 100 million pesos. For 1 candy you cannot hire a manager and a sales girl. For 1 billion candies you don't have to work, you can hire a manager, salesgirl, accountants. etc... So if you go into business and aside from other imrportant things you must have capital. This is just one way of thinking and it is more complicated in reality even.

gi try naku og butang ang aku video card akong pentium sa sempron nga pc. dehado man cya sa score sa 3dmark2003 by 200 pts. unya mau ra gihapon iya performance nig open og programs bati au if mag open og daghan programs. thats why i prefer my old pentium 4 over that sempron.
