when it's added, paypal will charge it 1.95$ or somewhere near that amount.
after it has been charged, that will show in your bank statement(this can also be seen online if you have online banking with bdo para dali).
in that bank statement is a code, paypal will ask for this code so that you can get verified. once mahatag to nimo ang code, ang 1.95$ erefund na sa paypal sa imong account nila as Paypal balance and congrats. you are verified.
