    This is the effect of our pathetic educational system. A lot of our "educated" people do not know their science and geography. Let's be thankful that the instruction given in the SMS was to apply betadine to the throat and neck area. Maayo na lang wa gi pa-inom, otherwise, ma klaro jud kinsa ang mga ignorante!

    ^^ coz we are much updated with teleseryes and such that we know more about the Mara Claras instead of our past science and geography subjects

    the solution is to make SMS way expensive, 5 pesos per text i bet these uto2x had way too much time and load.

    i saw on tv ( abs-cbn ) tv patrol on tfc here last night. After the news, Noli de Castro brought up the issue again regarding the laptop, celfone and other electronic communication device rerulating law proposed by NBI due to this incident. Ang nka paet man gud sa pinas mostly ang mga users or mga people are un-educated so mau sab ni ang problema maung ni come up sila ani na proposal.... mag imature people gyud i would say...

    That's why registration is not the solution but awareness. The problem is not the technology but the people itself. Fact is, people can be easily manipulated unya dali ra patuhuon. Bisag dili pa pinaagi sa text ang hoax, motoo man gani ug chika2x.
