try to take whey protein, amino acid tabs, creatine, NO products, casein protein.. nindut ni na combo mka pordoy lang

Protien jud e-prioritize TS since mao ni mo build sa imong muscles, then control the other nutrients like carb, fats ...etc! (diet, diet ...)
