Scam - Philippines Prudential Life Insurance in SM Cebu

Just like the establishment/store in Parkmall, Cebu City....

I keep on receiving about the Philippines Prudential Life Insurance in SM Cebu stating that I need to claim my FREE reward/prize sa ilang office...they gave me a number to call...but because of Arista sa Parkmall, it's kinda suspicious....and this is what I found out....

If the information on that link is true then asking your PIN number is almost certainly illegal and I cannot believe that an international company would be complicit to this. Could be a rogue salesperson, malpractice or fraud. Best contact their head-office for clarification.

WHOAH..I work in a bancassurance company=)and ive met a couple of clients with this problem.. One lady lost 30k because of that scam..i just dont know why thyre still operating inside SM...

yeah...that's illegal...but in the first place, if somebody would ask you about your the PIN of your ATM card, personally, I would ask them, "why are you asking for it?" Nowadays, we should be careful about this...especially for those who would just call us and ask if we have a credit card number...and ask for our personal information...I would ask for their Head office contact information and ask...and before I give in, I would search the web for any forums or blogs about a certain company who is asking for my credit card number....

yeah...that really suck! I mean, hard earned money and they just take it away like that...DAMN them!

don't know why they have our numbers...when I ask them, they would just say, "IT'S A SYSTEM GENERATED NUMBER THAT WAS GIVEN TO US. YOUR NUMBER IS IN OUR DATABASE AND YOU'RE QUALIFIED FOR THIS AND THAT!!!" nya kung ikaw ala ka alamartz sa mga ingon ani...dali gyud ka mailad...just like Aiowa in Country Mall and Arista in Parkmall...better watch out nalang ta sa mga ingon ani....

that I really don't know...gaabang pud baya na sila sa place...so I don't know if they can act on it...but if daghan na complaints guro, I know for sure they will act on it asap!
