I personally recommend Nizoral Anti-Dandruff Shampoo and Conditioner. It is a bit expensive - IIRC a small bottle costs around Php300 - but it is really effective.

ako magka dandruff ko if mu stick ko pag use sa usa ka brand sa shampoo for more than 2 weeks... any shampoo gyud. so right now i don't buy shampoos in bottles, sachet lang (aside sa nagtipid ko haha) para anytime di nako muangay sa shampoo i can change brand right away without hurting my budget and di sad kaayo msayang ang sobra nga shampoo. name the brand, halos kasuway nako ana tanan, og tanan with experience na sa dandruff hehehe

brad try tong head and shoulders na naay 'almonds oil', kay mao na akong ginagamit na karon wala na koy kaspa.. kay kaning kaspa nako dati nagsugod pa ni katong 3rd year highschool pa ko hantod sa nakatrabaho na ko wala jud nawala.. pero paggamit nakog head and shoulders na naay almond oil nawala bai.... pero ambot lang ha kung permi na ba ni basig mobalik napud..hehehe
