honestly, before taking a peek of the lives of private citizens, they should really focus their efforts first on how they could control, if not eliminate, corruption within the ranks of their own agencies.

its not optional..naalanganin lang ila announcement gkan sa date sa pag file, mao voluntary lang sa for this year..pero nxt year kay dili na.
