What you aired was not called for and very unfair to the SUNBURST company .
Your only concern is that you are disappointed sa CUSTOMER SERVICE sa SUNBURST in their SM branch . What you could have done is bring your concern to the MANAGEMENT because I am pretty sure naa na sila supervisor to start with then to the manager and if di ka satisfied is go to the higher chain of command and if kung mahimo is approach the owners ( Congmon's ) rather than make a nasty campaign here telling everyone to avoid SUNBURST in SM because of their very bad customer service .
Why did you wait for 20 minutes when maski 5 minutes alone is di ka angay mag huwat since lutuon pa na ang pagkaon nila . If by 2 minutes wala ni duol nimo , you could have get their attention , approach the counter or talk to the in charge . Thats what I did when I was there also waiting for service but I acted right away . Wala nako nangasaba sa waiters / waitresses because gutom na pod kaayo but I got their attention by talking to the manager .
On their part , angay usbon na nila jud but walay mahitabo if cge lang ta reklamo and pangampanya diri when in fact daghan gihapon mangaon didto because we cant deny it , their fried chicken is just so good !!
