na kasal mo sa CHURCH OR CIVIL

granting naka lusot mo sa wedding, is it the NSO certification sa birth indicate MALE imo wife instead of FEMALE?

assuming that the case is simple clerical error ..... all you need to do is to have at least two dis-interested parties to execute an affidavit that your wife Ms. SoInSo and Mr. SoinSo is one and the same.

Bottomline, Go find a Lawyer. Sayun ra na ma change and name keysa gender. ....
sa ako nahibal-an, equally lisud/sayun ra na sila sa change ug name.

ngita ka lawyer. maghearing hearing pa ana/publish sa news paper etc. dali raman na. mahal lang. hehehehe.

bitaw, ngano naminyo man mo kung wala natarong iya birth certificate. the last thing i knew, dili pwede ang same *** marriage sa ato. and the only way to identify *** is thru birth certificate.
