This topic should have been discussed long before the National Language has been chosen. There's no point in arguing about this now. It's toooooooo laaaaaatttteeeeeee! LOL!

Think. Everyone is benefitting from the Filipino language, how much more sa English.

Don't tell me kada tanaw ninyo og TV Patrol, Mara Clara, etc kay magsige mo reklamo nganu Tagalog? LOL!

That's why it's the Natl Language)

What more can I say? (Nakasabot ra sd mo ana? That's why it's the Internationally accepted language)

the choice of having tagalog as the national language have some relevant point, not just because it was used by people from luzon or manila which the seat of the capital was located.

it was choosen because it is the dialect which majority of the filipino people understand. whether you're bisay, chavacano,ilonggo,waray,... we all understand tagalog, thus it was choosen.

but nobody is stopping you from speak in your dialect, wherever you will be in the country, so why bother?
i think this poll is irrelevant.
