For me, this is a good move by DILG. I think this project should go a test run to measure the effectiveness of it. There could be of more use especially during emergency unless proper planning is implemented. According to this news article, it will patrol the skies for 4 hours a day, 2 hours in the morning and another 2 hours in the afternoon and "at least P560,000 worth of aviation fuel is needed to keep the choppers flying four hours a day for 30 days, except during bad weather."
