If poverty isn't caused by overpopulation, does that mean that we should just breed like rats?

But when people are breeding like rats, that doesn't also mean that population should be controlled.

Kadato anang Catholic Church nya wala or gamay ra kaayo sila na buhat anang mga bata sa dalan..

Naa gyd sayop ang Simbahan pero dili pasabot sayop na sila pirmi..

Ingon ani lang gyud para nako, when A whose net worth is 500k marries B who has a net worth of 500k also their combine networth will be 1M, then C whose net worth is 1k marries D whose networth is also 1k they will have a networth of 2k.

If A&B have only one child that child technically inherit the combine networth of his parent which is 1M. If C and D have two children, their children will have to divide the 2k among themselves. Even if C&D have the same combine networth of A&B their children will have less compare to what the child of A&B has.

Applying that scenario to the present, most well off parents have less number of children.

Well, yes its not entirely caused by overpopulation BUT overpopulation exacerbates this in an underdeveloped country!

OT: I wished, for once, our people have their own minds and not go run on blind obedience and fanaticism. The Church certainly have to stay away from the affairs of the state...remember the Old Spanish Times?...ahhh...the friars

its how the population contributes to the country that matters.... we can hasten or lessen the increase of population, the bottomline is their productivity... we can improve the quality of Filipinos or we can kill many of them...

Sakto jud. If only all Filipinos or at least 80% is productive in their own way not just waiting for the government to feed them then I think it would be no need to control over population.
