    astig ang wall squat..ive seen the video on youtube...

    i mean..ma maintain jud ang imong form doing the exercise..i did not see any gym here in cebu that offers or people doing such wall exercise..

    nice cguro kung sa smooth wall ka mag perform kay basin ma pawot imong tuhod kung sa walls with rough surfaces..

    This is more of a corrective exercise than a main lift, just to "grease the groove", as Pavel Tsatsouline would say. I don't think many would do this since not many people take the squat to heart.
