safe mode go to cmd then type net user ---> pili ka kinsa ang biktim ---> then type ex. c:\ net user (user) *

you'll be prompted to bypass the old password with new.

usually ang safe mode wala na password , if naa then i think he needs a bootable disk para makasulod cya sa dos command. coz all you need is you have to access to dos para maexecute nimo ang net user command.
