go to sudlon, lahug, cebu city.

upon reaching the fork, you will see the CCPO parade grounds ahead. go straight. you will see target butts. Turning left leads to ecotech turning right leads to taoist temple.

Go approach the archers. they are quite friendly and they don't bite!
