god doesn't kill people. PEOPLE kill people. They just use god to rationalize their actions. And if that isn't good enough they use Satan.
Basically, God & the Devil are just man's pathetic nature to find someone to blame.
They blame the devil for all the bad things he's done. He blames god for all the bad things done to him.

I can't imagine a God or a Devil would want anything to do with the human race.
