Tumar kog Aleve or Tylenol then matulog nalang hehe
most of the time di ko mag tambal kung kaya ra.. mag sick leave ra ko ana then higda2x ra hehe
i used to have severe cramps during menstruation to the point nahilo jud ko.
what i used to do kay lie in bed lang jud till its gone or i drink pain relievers. i dont exercise pod if i have my period coz its very uncomfortable labi na kung heavy kaayo ang flow.
but now i dont have dsyme anymore. i just used love moon anion napkins and pantyliners. it worked for me jud in getting rid of my dysmenorrhea. i know people who can testify about it.

ako din data na eexperience ko yan..masakit lalo na pag mga blood na parang bumuboo.. then before menstration ko, may mga pasa sa katawan na minsan hndi na natatanggal lahat after menstation parang nagdadarken tuloy skin ko... but after i take food supplent 3 months na since i started.. wala nang mga pasa at wala nang sakit parang d ko alam may menstration ako...
I just had one instance that it was too much to bear. I went to the doctor and he gave prescription and it worked fine. I had to ask my boss for a sick leave.
pagdalaga nko grabeh akong dysme as in magligid2x ko sa kasakit...bsag muinom pako ug mefenamic tablet...pero naa nkatell nako nga once manganak ka mwala kuno ang dysme and i can tell nga tinuod cya...panganak nlang mu aron mawala...hehehehehe....
Lady_Death is right. you have to be active to minimize the pain. but most especially, you have to stay away from stress. I got my dysmenorrhea when I started working. hot compress also helps sometimes.
