can somebody teach me how to connect to the internet so i can play with players of MH from all around the world to help with quests?

You need an unmodified PSP with the latest firmware. You also need a PSN id which you can create.

1. login to your PSN id on the PSP
2. load your Monster Hunter UMD
3. start the game and connect to multiplayer.
