yup analyn bro, petshop won't disclose the full name, pero ok nako cuz at least kibaw na ang management. it's in their hands unsaoun pag discipline. I like caminade Mabolo very good service niya well attended ka didto.
I think understaff ang caminade Banawa, cuz I tried asking if naa bay lain cashier didto, ni hesitate man og say, so isa ra cguro ka cashier didto, thats why inganto ang iya attitude sa cashier pero it's not a reason nga mag ingato siya pero if pregnant siya, kana may tarung nga reason sa iya attitude.

well...again if the said establishment still chose to leave the case unresolved or unattended to
then I guess we can actually tell if they're really concerned of the entire image of their establishment
and their relationships with their patrons or customers and dili lang nila i-point ang blame to this one cashier or attendant kay sila baya ga hire ana niya.
So you be the judge nalang mga people by carefully basing it to facts stated and also if you extend your
concerns and want to dig in more to this case then please do so in a fair manner to both sides and find your answers with due process

Yes he did state it na gi report na niya and I overlook it . Reacting was based on the THREAD TITLE , not on the issue entirely on unsay buhaton . Kung nahitabo ni sa akoa ? I would report her to the owner or the management . Naa problem ang PET STORE if the management was there and did nothing to correct it . I always go there , so far wala ko na experience sa na experience sa TS and I only see 2 staff , a guy and a gal . Walay supervisor or owner on sight .

If you didnt do it that way , people might think to include me that the problem is the PET STORE like nabaligyaan ka ug expired dogfood , mixed breed dogs na you paid for an amount meant for a pure breed , fake merchandise etc . Although you clearly said that it was about the staff na walay customer service , damage is done on their part as a PET STORE .

If the TS was referring to the attendant but he was referring to the PET STORE which in the case , damage was done already .And as a matter of fact the T.S., in my opinion, is doing the establishment a big favor by airing this out and stating cleary her/his experience is with this one attendant in that branch/location not zeroing in on just the name of the establishment.
That is the way it is should be . Not rant anywhere else because it wont solve problems . Murag kadtong thread about pulis bitaw , cge reklamo daghan snatch pero walay mo pa blotter kay waste of time daw . Kinsay nadaut ato ? Dili ba ang mga pulis na maoy ni sugal pa sa kinabuhi ? near sa ako ning petshop-a, very acommodating sa ako ng cashiera... sa una nuon mejo dili pero by the time pirmi silang makakita nako gacegeg palit2x, nice na ila pag attend nako... esp that lady cashier, sahay gani if wala stocks sa ila, mu-volunteer pa siya nga manawag sa main or other branch ng caminade ug iya ko ingnon nga for convenience didto na lang nako kuhaon sa ila branch ang item![]()

I think it's not the problem of the customer to find change, it's the cashiers problem, di baya jeep or taxi or kanang stall sa kilid2x it was an established pet store so dapat change on hand if ingana ilahang style they jud place a sign saying "CUSTOMERS with NO CHANGE will NOT be ENTERTAINED." kay hasol kaayo kapoy2x ra ka og sud didto if dili sila willing mu transact og business
This is what happened on my point of view.
After na human ko og pili sa ako gi palit ni adto ko sa cashier nag bitbit sa ako palitun, I gave her the bill she accepted it, DILI 1000 ang bill 500 ra,
Cashier: "sir do you have change?" she placed my bill on the table looked away and continued texting.
Me: " miss wa jud koy lain kwarta" ,
Cashier: "Sir wa mi sinsyo, 200 ra ang naa sa cash register" she texted again,
ME "Miss naa cguro mu sinsyo miss, pwede kamu pa sinsiyu"
Cashier:"Sir dinagko ra baya ang mu palit namu sir, kasagaran kay exact jud e bayad." She continued texting and never looked at me again and ignored me standing in front of her
I had to go across the street to Dr. Bingols to find change, unfortunately wala sila ga sell sa ako kailangan so I had to walk to anita's bake shop and buy bread just so naay change para e palit sa palitunon, I walked back they were closing already.
