true. and kung kulang ka sa tulog, ang imong stress level taas pud kaau. this causes the brain to release a certain chemical too that causes imbalance. its easier to destress and lose weight if u have enough rest and sleep. i worked in the call center for several years and the odd working hours made me obese. i stopped and gave up that big salary but i have not regretted at all. now, im fit and lost a lot of weight. i could have not done it if i didnt make that big decision. u can check my before and after pic on facebook. lynnpapa10@yahoo.com. hope this helps
