obviously, 100k is immaterial to you... you didn't even bother to do a background check before releasing it to her.... lessons should be learned... in our current crisis status: its hard to trust strangers! maski kapwa Pinoy pa na nimo... that's what we call... survival instinct. bwehehehe

You do not say thats normal in the philippines, the only way to stop these people is to bring them to justice.

You cannot say since TS gave away 100 she consented to the acts of the scammer, when in fact the scammer unjustly enriched herself at the expense of the TS.

If you say forgive her for its a natural occurence in this country and survial of the fittest, its her only way of surviving, with the force of the law if implemented; people like her would have died of hunger a long time ago. But since were excusing these acts and even welcomimg them to the Philippine culture or way of life, people like these are living in luxury, they dont even haveto pay taxes

maam me and my whole family and relatives when to bora 2 years ago. She was on of the hotel part time waitress and she was nice to us and we got down to the part where my husband asked her where's her family and she said she's the breadwinner and she has 7 more siblings and they currently residing at one of phil.provinces. honestly i feel sorry for her cause i know how it feels like to be the breadwinner of the family though wala ko katilaw ug kalisud nga parehas sa iya since my dad passed away, akoy na breadwinner sa among family and i know how hard it is. 5 years ago naa me thai gi supportan pa eskwela sa thailand, she made it with flying colours now she's in singapore working as a flight stewardess in singapore airlines. we helped her out till she finished college so i thought it would be the same with this cebuana. kay pinay lage ko,nakatabang gale me atong thai nga di pa nako kalahi kana na ba hinuong pinay di ba?

she showed me photos of her siblings and honestly they look like rags you could tell that they come from a very poor family. (my heart bled for her and her family)para nako, what's 100k i can work my ass off a month here but that can make a lot of changes to this woman and her family same thing with what happened to our thai friend now she is able to support her younger siblings to school and have given her family a good home and life. now i know it doesnt always work that way.

i am not upset cause of the money thats wasted or lost but i am upset for the fact that i'm not the only person being scammed by this woman and our society think this is okay for its a matter of survival. she preys on the weak and on our part she took advantage of our generosity. i just cant stand the fact that she is out there and our society thinks that this is life and wether i like it or not i have to accept that some people are like this,do they really have to be like that and influence others to do same thing?when is it ever gonna stop and what about those other victims?

after this,do you think anyone would still respect the image of the filipino society and worst, would still bother to help the country? we already have a very corrupt government and thats a big disappointment already but do we really need to make it this worse but just putting up with these type of people?
