for me bro if they want to control internet scum etc. pdi mna e obliged ang Service provider sa accountability. How about they will submit bill for the company like globe na ilang controlon ang users or monitoron prior sa pag palet nimo og simcard? In short, ihatag nila ang responsibility sa company or Service provider and its up to them to make the guidelines or requirements? wheeewww! saun?

OnT: NBI shud be ashamed of such a suggestion. it simply shows their frustration in solving crimes where technology is used.

they have to get the best and brightest.. there are many filipinos qualified for that.

I definitely agree. This is just a sign of frustration in solving crimes yet not a close-to-real solution.

This is probably in the same page as "to prevent bombs from being detonated inside buses... lets BAN BUSES!" I see too much of this type of thinking with our lawmakers here... who knows, we could end up like China and have "The Great Firewall of the Philippines". I saw on tv, everytime nay crime mahitabo ang advise sa police is, " Dapat mag ingat yung mga tao" Kung car napping: " Dapt tiyakin may rehistro yung sasakyan at mag manman etc." then on the air pa live yan ha!..

That is wrong, supposedly if you are in proper authority esp. law enforcement kah this is the right words to say: Hwag kayun mabahala coz starting today, every night i will send 100 police in the street roaming and checking 24 hrs and will install 1 survelans cam every post in the street to prevent crime. We will capture them and held responsible for what they have done...
