Need Help sa Phone Simulation sa PS.

can someone tell me tips? advices? on what should/must I do pra makapasar ani? please help... i really need it.. any lines that would help me on my way to employment?

please tabang!. im scared nga magpanic nya ko during the phone simulation..

please tell me unsa inyu gibuhat pra makapass ani.. tell me all of it.. the lines you said to the caller, etc etc..

di man na magkapareha bay so mao ra gihapon no use if mangutana ka diri. ako ika.advice is relax and answer what is asked. mao ra jud na. concentrate on the task at hand. grabe ra na kasayon.

try lng gud bay ayaw kahadlok mahagbong ka para makabaw ka sa imung weakness and strong points then magamit na nimo ug pangaply sa lain na pud call center. naay daghan dha sa it park so ai kabalaka di ka mahutdan. ayaw pagsalig sa info ihatag sa uban kay di nya mao ang ihatag sa imu didto mao ray rason mahagbong ka kay gasalig ka diri. relax lng gud. diri pa lang murag narattle naka. unsa nakaha didto. huna2x lang nga sayon ra na ug kaya nimo. its all in the mindset.

relax lang gud... bisag sa PS ko sa una nagtrabaho nka agi man pod ko ani phone sim

but i cant give the exact details ky karon pa lang daan murag rattle kana

and besides dili naman na ps karon... aegis naman na so bacin naglahi na ila phone sim

ang hr lang na mag interview mag orient nemo unsay buhaton mo sa phone sim

like for example magbaligya ka usa ka product so dapat i-highlight mo ang product features within the conversation sa phone and then assume ka daun for the sale sa nanawag

like i said i cant give the specific and exact details ky wa man ta kabaw unsay na situation ang ila ipa phone sim

T.S. mas maau pa cguro pag tan.aw ba season na "OUTSOURCED" para masabtan mu unsa ang call center environment
and kadaghan kaau mga scenes sa episodes na naay phone simulation
