If i go to beach I use tampons if i have it but if possible mas maayo ang sanitary pads.. Tampons can cause UTI too..

naa raman baligya sa drugstore. i once bought in rose pharmacy. it was around 18 pesos, 2 years ago. havent bought another since then coz my friend gave me a box of Tampax Pearls from canada and i only use it when i go swimming.

gipanghatag nlng gani nko ang uban kay abot na tuig wa pa nko mahurot.

nindot kay naa silay plunger, and comes with pretty packaging. hehe. the ones i bought from rose pharmacy kay ang tampon lng jud xa and u have to insert it using ur finger.

sanitary pads. tampons puts one at greater risk of having toxic shock syndrome. if kalimot kag change sa tampons..mas comfy man pud ang pads.hehe

i use tampons now.. nice and comfy.. pero mag use ko og panty liner gihapon.

when i first tried using tampons it was very uncomfortable aside nga its new for me, instead nga regular kay super man ako gigamit. hehehe!
